Marketing automation/AI specialist

We’re looking for a magician—well, kind of. As our Marketing automation/AI specialist, you’ll automate everything we throw your way and use AI to turn data into marketing gold. You know that real magic happens when you make processes smarter, faster, and more personalized.

You streamline marketing workflows.

You excel at automating complex marketing processes, from lead nurturing to multi-channel campaigns. With tools like HubSpot or Marketo in your toolkit, you’re the one that makes sure nothing slips through the cracks and the customer journey flows seamlessly.

AI-powered strategist.

You harness the power of AI.

You understand how to leverage AI to analyze customer data, predict behavior, and personalize marketing campaigns. You can turn customer segmentation and predictive analytics into results-driven strategies, making sure every prospect gets the right message at the right time.

You’re always optimizing.

You don’t just automate; you improve. You look at workflows, find gaps, and optimize for better efficiency and results. Your goal is to create scalable marketing systems that enable our team to do more with less, all while keeping personalization and engagement at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead nurturing and campaign management.

• Use AI-driven tools to enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and campaign personalization.

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize campaign workflows and automate repetitive tasks.

• Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track marketing performance in real-time.

• Assist in designing and optimizing email marketing, content workflows, and paid advertising strategies.

• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve client results and campaign efficiency.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in marketing & sales automation and AI to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, AI-driven marketing, or digital marketing.

• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools).

• Experience with AI tools for predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

• Proven experience in managing complex marketing & sales workflows and automation.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing & sales goals.

• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools like Google Analytics, PowerBI, or similar.
